Accessibility Policy

All of us at The Abbey Tavern, welcome customers who may require accessibility assistance.  It’s helpful to us if we’re able to provide customers with accessibility information in advance, so everyone is best prepared for your visit.

  • Parking–Parking is available on Bartholomew Street adjacent to the premises. Charges do apply between the hours of 8:30am & 6:30pm. Parking is also available on Kelly Street opposite the premises after 6:30pm.
  • Public Transport– The following bus services serve the Premises: 214, C2, 134, 46 & N20. Kentish Town West Overground Station is a 5 minute walk away from the Premises and has step free access. Kentish Town & Camden Town Underground Stations are both a 10 minute walk away from the Premises on the Northern Line which runs a 24 hour service on Fridays & Saturdays.
  • Assistance– Assistance is available whilst on the premises including table service.
  • Facilities– The premises is accessible for wheelchair users via the main entrance to the Premises.

Guide dogs welcome.

The Manager will do their best to ensure that whenever customers with accessibility requirements are present at The Premises, adequate arrangements are made to ensure their safe evacuation in the event of an emergency, and that they are made aware of these arrangements.

If you’re not happy with our response, or you’re unable to speak with a pub manager, please contact us on as soon as possible. We’ll get back to you as soon as we can and at the latest, within seven days.
