Cornish Food & Ale Festival on August Bank Holiday

July 24th, 2014

We are very excited to announce this summer we’ll be launching a Cornish Food and Ale Festival for the August Bank Holiday.

Exceptional food pioneers, The Cornwall Project, and our very own purveyors of delicious grub, Phileas Hog, are collaborating on a festival of joy, laughter and gastronomic delight.

An all-weekend affair, lasting Thursday through Sunday, we will be tickling your tastebuds with the finest of Cornish produce, cooked or brewed to perfection, and brought to you as fresh as can be.

There will be beer, food, music from morning till eve – so don’t miss out on the freshest Cornish lobster in all of North London!

WIMBLEDON 2014

June 24th, 2014

Wimbledon 2014 at The Abbey Tavern

Want somewhere sunny and summery to enjoy the tennis (and pretend you’re in centre court)?

Look no further than the Abbey, where we’ll be showing all Wimbledon matches for the next two weeks, usually on our big screens in the sun-trap outdoor garden.

Our roof terrace and booths are also available to book for large parties if you want to watch the final in style.

So order a couple of jugs of pimms, a delicious hog roast, and settle into these summer days watching Wimbledon at the Abbey.

Could a Brit win it again…?
